About: I have a background in trauma and addiction support for adults with childhood sexual and emotional trauma. Many of the folks I work with are parents or preparing to parent. I am BIPOC and welcome BIPOC Clients. I also hold an inclusive lens in terms of neurodiversity. As well, I am a parent and have been a progressive educator, so I can draw from some of those experiences in my practice. I love the clarity of the way Simplicity Parenting lays out building up boundaries developmentally for children and parents. About: Lauren Tingley is an elementary school teacher and mother of two. During her early years as a mom she felt the overwhelm that comes along with modern motherhood and sought a simpler way of life. After discovering the teachings of Kim John Payne through his book "Simplicity Parenting" she knew she had found the answers to many of her challenges. About: Laura Ghiron is a long-time parent and child advocate who in her day job works to improve the health and lives of people around the world.
