About: Lauren Tingley is an elementary school teacher and mother of two. During her early years as a mom she felt the overwhelm that comes along with modern motherhood and sought a simpler way of life. After discovering the teachings of Kim John Payne through his book "Simplicity Parenting" she knew she had found the answers to many of her challenges. Following the advice presented in the book she noticed an immediate change in her mood, the behavior of her children and the overall climate of her home. She became a Certified Discipline and Guidance Coach to help support others who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed with parenting and household responsibilities. She offers virtual trainings to parents and families.
