About: I have a background in trauma and addiction support for adults with childhood sexual and emotional trauma. Many of the folks I work with are parents or preparing to parent. I am BIPOC and welcome BIPOC Clients. I also hold an inclusive lens in terms of neurodiversity. As well, I am a parent and have been a progressive educator, so I can draw from some of those experiences in my practice. I love the clarity of the way Simplicity Parenting lays out building up boundaries developmentally for children and parents.
