About: Lucy is the voice behind Integrated Mama blog. For over 10- years she has helped women increase their wellness; both mentally and physically. Becoming a mother motivated her to establish a peaceful home for her family. She quickly realized that her healing would play an integral role in her family’s wellness. She works in the community as a DONA trained doula, Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor (RYT-500), and received her certifications as a Simplicity Parenting Family Life and Discipline/Guidance Group Leader.
