About: Lucy is the voice behind Integrated Mama blog. For over 10- years she has helped women increase their wellness; both mentally and physically. Becoming a mother motivated her to establish a peaceful home for her family. She quickly realized that her healing would play an integral role in her family’s wellness. She works in the community as a DONA trained doula, Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor (RYT-500), and received her certifications as a Simplicity Parenting Family Life and Discipline/Guidance Group Leader. As a doula, she supports women to achieve their desired birth & postpartum outcome. She also offers many classes and 1:1 wellness coaching utilizing yoga and other tools. As a Family Life and Discipline/Guidance Group Leader, she offers group classes to provide tools and support to simplify your parenthood journey. Simplification is a key to reduce chaos and overwhelm. This provides space to find true connection, ease, and joy in family life. These classes share developmentally appropriate communication methods, gentle discipline methods, boundary setting, and more so that your child feels safe and secure as you guide them toward their natural gifts.
