About: Welcome! Simplicity Parenting Discipline & Guidance parent groups are the embodiment of emotional awareness. I have been a parent since 2003 and a teacher since 2015. I discovered the Simplicity Parenting movement over a decade ago and I have taken into my heart these principles of human truth to the extent that I am healing my very own nervous system. In the process of co-regulating with children I sense what we’re present to: each other. This connection cannot be prescribed; it transpires with intention.
