About Simplicity Parenting Coaches and Group Leaders
Our Group Leaders and Coaches offer Simplicity Parenting Parent Gatherings to parents in their communities. These gatherings are small groups of like-minded parents coming together to explore one of the following topics:

- Discipline and Guidance (based on The Soul of Discipline)
- Emotional Self-Regulation for Parents (based on Being At Your best When Your Kids Are At Their Worst).

About: Maret is our first group leader in Estonia. She really cares about others well-being and helps people to take their time and analyze themselves. She's a mother since 2020 and before that for 8 years her part-time job was babysitting in different families. She has bachelor degree in psychology and she has acquired motivational interviewing skills. Since 2019 Maret is interested in slow lifestyle movement and for now she's hosting a podcast "AEGA ON" and also educating on that topic.
