About: As a Integrative Psychologist, I believe in treating a person as a whole, rather than a set of symptoms. My approach is holistic, meaning that I would look for connections between thoughts, emotions, physical body and spiritual self in an attempt to understand the roots of concerns and reasons for mental discomfort. I combine traditional and alternative methods to establish interconnections between inner being and outer environment of my clients to enable their deeper understanding and awareness of themselves.
