About: Simplicity Parenting came my way when I was struggling with parenting and overwhelmed with the challenges of family life. The gentle, manageable and effective approach changed me and my family, and continues to do so. The transformative power of simplifying inspired me to encourage others with it and so I completed the training for Simplicity Parenting Coach in 2013. In addition to parenting workshops, my experience over the years includes teaching in secondary schools, health & wellbeing workshops, parent & toddler support groups and an abiding interest in nurturing positive community
